Do I even need an account?

Probably not. The assessment link your institution emailed you works on its own, with no account and no password. An account just keeps your assessments and reports in one place.

Use the address your institution has for you. Usually your official campus address rather than a personal one. That is what we match against, and we cannot tell you which one they hold.

Nothing arrived? Either that address is not the one they have, or they have not added you yet. Ask whoever sent you here. We deliberately cannot say which, because being able to check would let anyone find out who attends.

You can start from any of our addresses. If you landed on the wrong institution, your email still routes you to the right one.

Signing in with Google or Microsoft works if that account uses the same address Riverside State University has for you, which is normally true of a campus account.
